Our Pledge: If for any reason your
Adirondack Furniture does not live
up to your expectations, let us know,
and we will make it right.
Should you ever have a problem with your investment of our product we will repair or replace any legitimate defect for a period of two years from the date of possession at no cost. Proof of purchase is required for repair work. Customer has the responsibility of getting the item to us and we will return the item back to you after repairs are completed.
It is also our Pledge to repair breakage up to five years charging only for materials and delivery. Customer has the responsibility of getting the item to us and we will return the item back to you after repairs are completed.
Note: Natural Wood Checking is not considered a defect and is common in outdoor wood products. Checking is minimized by applying a quality outdoor sealer or finish. Furniture can be finished for an additional charge. |
